Fork-tailed Flycatcher - new for reserve

I found an immature Fork-tailed Flycatcher this morning in a tree right by the welcome centre to the reserve. Although it didn't have full length tail streamers, the split in the tail was still obvious. It didn't linger long, flying over to the other side of the valley where I couldn't relocate it.

I also saw a Green-fronted Lancebill which has an even more impressively long beak than the Long-billed Starthroat seen yesterday.

Red-faced Spinetail - a common bird of the woodcreeper family. A bird is currently attending a hanging nest at the entrance to the reserve in readiness for the coming breeding season.
Sulphur-winged Parakeet - flocks of up to 20 are commonly seen flying around uttering pesistent flight calls. This one is gorging itself on guava fruit.
Blue-grey Tanager - this species is nearly always in attendance of an impressive set of garden bird feeders at a property down the lane from the reserve.
